How do I edit or cancel my order?Updated 4 days ago

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, because orders are processed quickly, most orders can’t be edited or cancelled once they’ve been placed.

Editing an order

If you need to make a change, please email our customer care team as soon as possible with your order number and the details you’d like to update. While we’ll always try our best to help, changes can’t be guaranteed.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be edited.

Cancelling an order

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch. In most cases, orders are processed quickly, so cancellations are often not possible.

If your order can’t be cancelled, you may be able to request a return once the order has been delivered, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Important to know

  • Requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis

  • We can’t guarantee changes or cancellations

  • Processing times may vary, especially during busy periods
