How do I edit or cancel my order?Updated 9 days ago
We know plans can change. You can edit or cancel your order yourself using the link in your order confirmation email. This option is available for up to 30 minutes after purchase.
As orders are processed quickly, we recommend making any changes as soon as possible.
How to edit or cancel your order
- Open your order confirmation email.
- Select “Edit or view your order.”
- Make your changes, or select “Cancel order.”
Depending on your order, you may be able to:
- Change or swap products
- Update your shipping address
- Cancel your order
Can’t find your confirmation email?
Check your spam or promotions folder, or search your inbox for your order number.
If your order has already been processed
Once your order has been processed for dispatch, it can no longer be edited or cancelled. After it’s delivered, you may be able to request a return in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
