We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for eligible items. Please review the information below to ensure your request can be processed smoothly.

What items are eligible for return?

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order for:

  • Products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Incorrect, damaged, faulty, or missing items

All return and refund requests are assessed in line with our Returns Policy and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Incorrect, damaged, or faulty items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product(s) showing the issue

Once verified, our team will provide instructions for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Missing items

If an item is missing from your order, please notify us as soon as possible.

Please email our customer care team and include:

  • Your order number

  • photo of what you received

  • photo of the packaging


Change of mind returns

We offer a 30-day change of mind return for products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

To request a change of mind return, please contact us within 30 days and include:

  • Your order confirmation number

  • Details of the product(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

Gift with Purchase (GWP)

If your order included a Gift with Purchase, the gift must be returned along with the purchased item(s). If the gift is not returned, your refund may be denied or reversed after inspection, and the items may be sent back to you.

How to return an item

If your return request is approved:

  • You’ll receive return instructions from our team

  • Please package the product securely to prevent damage in transit

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit


Important notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable

  • For hygiene reasons, accessories are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Refunds and replacements are not guaranteed and are assessed individually
