If your order arrives damaged or faulty

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or faulty item and packaging

If you receive the wrong item

Let us know which item you received and which item was missing or incorrect

If your order appears lost
If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or your parcel hasn’t arrived:

We’ll work with the carrier to investigate the delivery
