What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 4 days ago

We’re here to help if something isn’t right with your order. Please follow the steps below so we can assist as quickly as possible.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty

  • Contact our customer care team as soon as possible

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or faulty item and packaging

Each case is reviewed individually in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you receive the wrong item

  • Please contact us with your order number

  • Let us know which item you received and which item was missing or incorrect

We’ll review the details and advise on the next steps.

If your order appears lost

If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or your parcel hasn’t arrived:

  • Contact our customer care team with your order number

  • We’ll work with the carrier to investigate the delivery

Important to know

  • Claims are assessed in line with our current terms and conditions

  • Delivery investigations may take some time depending on the carrier

  • Outcomes can’t be guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis
