If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t locate it, we understand how frustrating that can be. There are a few things to check first.
What to check
Look around your property, including safe places where a parcel may have been left
Check with other household members or neighbours
Review tracking updates or delivery notifications from the carrier (email or SMS)
Allow a little time
In some cases, carriers mark parcels as delivered slightly before they arrive. We recommend allowing a short amount of time to see if your parcel turns up.
If you still can’t find your order
If your order hasn’t arrived after checking the above:
Contact our customer care team with your order number
Let us know when the parcel was marked as delivered
We’ll work with the carrier to look into the delivery and help determine the next steps.
Important to know
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the carrier. While we aren’t responsible for delivery delays or errors once the parcel is with the carrier, we’ll always do our best to assist.
