If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, we understand how frustrating that can be.
Because orders are processed quickly, we’re usually unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.
However, you may still have options once your order is on the way.
If your order has shipped
For most orders sent via Australia Post, you may be able to:
Redirect your parcel to a different address
Forward it to a collection point
Update delivery preferences
These changes can be made directly through the Australia Post tracking portal using your tracking number.

Orders containing aerosol products
If your order includes aerosol products, delivery redirection or forwarding may not be available due to carrier restrictions.
Our recommendation
Double-check your shipping details carefully at checkout
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible
Once shipped, use the carrier’s tracking tools where available
