NAK Hair is unable to process returns, refunds, or exchanges for products purchased from a hair salon or retailer.
If you purchased NAK Hair products from a salon or authorised retailer, any returns or refunds must be handled directly by the place of purchase, in line with their own policies.
Each salon and retailer manages their own sales, payments, and returns, and we don’t have access to their order systems.
