Delivery timeframes depend on your location, the shipping method selected, and the items in your order.
Estimated delivery times
Australia Post Regular: 3–9 business days
Australia Post Express: 1–4 business days
These delivery timeframes are estimates only and can’t be guaranteed.
Dispatch timeframes
Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same business day
Orders placed after 12pm AEST are dispatched the next business day
Dispatch does not occur on public holidays
Please note that during sale periods or times of high order volume, there may be a slight delay due to increased demand and carrier capacity.
Express shipping & restricted items
Some items, such as aerosols, are classified as Dangerous Goods and cannot be sent via Australia Post Express. These items will be shipped via courier (Direct Freight Express) and usually arrive within 1–9 business days.
Tracking your delivery
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Australia Post now sends digital delivery notifications (via email or SMS) rather than physical cards, so we recommend tracking your parcel online to stay up to date.
Important to know
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the carrier. While we do our best to assist, we aren’t responsible for delivery delays that occur once the parcel is with the carrier.
