Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Where to find your tracking

  • Check the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout

  • Select the tracking link included in that email

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.

My tracking hasn’t updated

It’s normal for tracking to take a little time to refresh, especially during busy periods or while parcels move between carrier facilities. If there’s been no update for several business days, please contact our support team and we’ll help look into it.

Didn’t receive a tracking email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Confirm the email address used at checkout
