What happens if a subscription item is out of stock?Updated 3 days ago

If an item in your Subscribe & Save subscription is temporarily out of stock, we’ll manage this automatically and keep you informed.

How out-of-stock subscription items are handled

  • If a subscribed item is unavailable, we’ll attempt to fulfil your order up to five (5) times

  • If the item remains unavailable after these attempts, the order will be skipped

  • You’ll be notified if an order is skipped due to stock availability

Payment timing

  • You’ll only be charged once the product is back in stock and your subscription order is successfully processed

  • No charges are made for skipped orders

What you can do

You can log in to your subscription account at any time to:

  • Skip or pause upcoming deliveries

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Update your subscription items

Important to know

  • Stock availability can change without notice

  • Delivery timing may vary once an item becomes available again
