Subscribe & Save uses automatic recurring payments so your products can be delivered on schedule without needing to reorder each time.

Payment method

• A valid credit card, debit card, or supported digital wallet must be saved to your subscription

• All recurring subscription orders are charged to the saved payment method on file

When payments are charged

• Your payment method is charged each time a subscription order is processed

• You’ll only be charged once the order is successfully placed

If a payment fails

If we’re unable to process payment:

• Your subscription order won’t be processed

• The order will be skipped or cancelled

It’s your responsibility to ensure your payment details are up to date and that sufficient funds are available at the time of processing.

Payment security

All online card transactions on the NAK Hair website are processed through secure external payment gateways. We don’t store or have access to your full card details.

Important to know

• Subscription payments are recurring until the subscription is skipped, paused, or cancelled

• Changes to payment details must be saved before the next order is processed
