You can skip or pause a Subscribe & Save shipment at any time through your subscription account.

How to skip or pause a delivery

  1. Log in to your subscription account using the email address linked to your subscription

  2. Select the subscription you’d like to manage

  3. Choose the option to skip the upcoming order or pause your subscription

  4. Save your changes

Timing matters

  • Skips or pauses must be applied before your next order is processed

  • If an order has already been processed, changes will apply to the following delivery instead

What’s the difference?

  • Skip: Miss one upcoming delivery, then your subscription continues as normal

  • Pause: Temporarily stop deliveries until you choose to resume

Important to know

  • Skipped or paused orders won’t be charged

  • You can resume a paused subscription at any time through your account
