You can cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time through your subscription account.

How to cancel

1. Log in to your subscription account using the email address linked to your subscription

2. Select the subscription you’d like to cancel

3. Choose the option to cancel and confirm your selection

Once cancelled, you’ll see confirmation in your subscription account.

Timing of cancellation

• Cancellations must be made before your next order is processed

• If an order has already been processed, it can’t be stopped and will be sent as scheduled

Important to know

• Cancelling your subscription stops future recurring orders

• There are no cancellation fees

• Cancelled subscriptions won’t be charged again unless reactivated
